New User Training

This five-day session allows new personnel to receive first-hand experience with all aspects of The Competitive Edge system.

Participants are not necessarily the System Manager, but may eventually fill that position. They work as part of the Rainmaker Software technical staff on pre-conversions, installations or as part of a project team.

Participants cover data input, catalog setup and closing procedures while working as part of the Rainmaker Software technical staff for a full week.

Training goes from the beginning to the end. All routines are covered:

• Inputting deals
• Setting up and modifying catalogs
• completing GetReady work
• Closing Deals
• Entering Payables
• Printing Checks
• Receiving Cash
• Creating invoices
• Reconciling cash
• ordering and receiving homes
• closing the accounting period
• relieving accruals
• learning the rule of creating payables
• Journal entries
• TCE Hot Keys
• Use of search windows
• Many more

Participants will work one-on-one with Rainmaker Software Technical staff. Each participant returns home with a new How To's Booklet
