Attention is focused on not only maximizing the use of the The Competitive Edge reports and analysis capabilities - current issues in manufactured housing sales management are discussed along with the day-to-day challenges that face sales team leaders in today's market.

While a definite outline of topics is set for each meeting, each member brings their current agendas and issues to the table for review. With the opportunity to meet with other Sales Managers, each member returns refreshed, rewarded and with a new level of enthusiasm for the profession.

Groups are carefully put together to facilitate open and clear communication and on-going business relationships between the members. The Sales Manager members are the more advanced users of The Competitive Edge system.

The two day meetings are held at four to six month intervals with each meeting scheduled by the group members together so that all can clear their calendars to attend. groups are organized based on size and operational profile. Members must be non-competing.

Meetings are held on a mixed basis on-site at the individual retail operations as well as at the Rainmaker Software training center. These meetings are led by senior Rainmaker Software staff members along with appropriate sales-trainers.
