Designed for Owners and System Managers aspiring to
utilize the full capabilities of The Competitive Edge, the objective of this
work group is to improve the use of the system throughout the company for
greater efficiency and profitability.
Through the sharing of ideas and exchange of
information regarding internal policies and procedures, each member focuses
on leveling up their skills beyond what is available through regular
training. Groups are carefully put together to facilitate open and clear
communication and on-going business relationships between members.
Members are generally the first to be exposed to
software enhancements in the planning and early programming stages.
Six two-day meetings are held at four-to six-month
intervals. Groups are organized based on retailer size and operational
profile and must be non-competing. Each member works on a current version of
their TCE system for demonstration purposes.
The agenda and attendance of the six-meeting series is
as follows:
* Mangers or equivalent
Meeting are held at the Rainmaker Software Training
Center and are led by a senior Rainmaker Software staff member. Members
agree to attend each meeting on a "Dutch" basis; working lunches are
provided by Rainmaker Software.
