Welcome to the Rainmaker Training Center!
Rainmaker offers five different levels of training to all of clients:
Free On-Line Training Videos
- You can download video training
sessions to your computer and watch as our trainers walk you through
just about every function of the system.
Free User Group Membership
- You can join with other users from around the
country to work together to learn how to get the most out of the
software. Groups form around skill and experience levels, members
must be from no competing dealerships, all sessions are moderated by a
member of our training team.
New Installation Training -
We work in a face-to-face, hands on environment
with all the new clients to help them learn the system. Each
training program is customized based on the needs of the client.
One-on-One On-Line Training -
You can connect with any of our trainers via the
telephone and Internet and they can work with you or your staff to help
them learn any new area of the system. This is especially
effective for new employess.
One-on-one Face-to-Face Training
- You can travel to our office or our trainers can
travel to your office to work with you individually. This special
attention can be very helpful if you have had turn-over in a critical
position.
